Declaration Recognizes Design *

• When I see the cigar ashtray product shape and configuration, including without limitation, the unique shape of the bowl and stirrup(s) depicted below (Stinky Cigar Designs), I immediately think of Stinky Cigar and associate the products offered in connection with the Stinky Cigar Designs as originating from Stinky Cigar.
